Does the price include setup and delivery?

Deliveries within a 10 mile radius of 33173 are free. Areas farther out may have additional travel fees. Prices on our site are for the product alone. Generators, staff, and 7% Florida sales tax are not included.

Do you deliver to other cities?

Yes, we deliver throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We offer free delivery within 10 miles of 33173. Orders past the 10 mile marker will have travel fees.

Does the rental time include setup time?

No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire 6-hour rental time to play. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins.

Are the bounce houses clean?

Yes. Just Bounce Miami cleans before delivery and sanitizes on site. You will see us cleaning the unit at your site.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

Yes. A blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. We require an outlet within 50ft of the unit or a generator. We bring our own heavy duty extension cords.

What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

Most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator which we can provide.

What payments do you accept?

Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, all orders require a minimum credit card deposit. If you cancel, your deposit will be held as a rain check.

What surfaces can you set up on?

We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We cannot set up on any type of rocks as the rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
